The Kraft Paper Process
These Duro bags are made using the Kraft process. This process uses chemicals to convert wood into pulp, which is separated into cellulose and lignin. The pulp is cooked and screened to remove any larger pieces. The process of removing the lignin helps produce a stronger paper. There is no bleaching process, which further helps increase the strength and durability of each paper bag. The chemicals are reused for increased sustainability and less environmental impact.
